What Is Place 4U?

Place 4U is a web based system that allows the user to confidentially calculate their mortgage options in all regions. The information is calculated using a series of rules behind the system, as defined by each individual bank, that ensures the result is a qualification for a mortgage with that institution.

Do I have to enter all my details?

No. If you do not have time, simply fill in the quick quote form and we will let you know all the products you qualify for.

What does it cost to use?

Nothing. There is no cost in using the system. All fees associated with the mortgages are explained on the results page, so you will know all costs before undertaking the application.

How do I get started?

Simply follow the three steps on the home page. If at any point you have any difficulty, simply contact us and we will help you through the application.

What happens when I choose a mortgage?

Your product choice is received in our administration centre. Our staff will contact you, confirming your choice and coordinate the gathering of the documents, with you. Once we have the documents in hand, we will deal with the lenders and authorities to bring the mortgage to completion.

How will I know what is happening with my case?

Simply login using your details and see the status of your case. Your administrator will also keep you up to date on a weekly basis.

How will I pay bank or valuation fees?

We receive all payments and forward them onto the lender only when you are satisfied that you wish to make the payment. This allows you to receive a full refund, of any unpaid fees, if you can no longer continue with the application.
